mweb the worst

Our @icon.co.za address stopped working on the 1st October we have been phoning MWEB to try get our password reset so that we can start getting emails again and we hold on for 2 to3 hours at a time and as soon as we get to caller no one we get cut off this is very frustrating as we are a business and cannot receive emails at all. we have been a customer of Mweb for around 30 years and this is the worst service I have experienced. Even their website is a disaster because you cannot even get someone online to help. We are at our wits end
