MWEB the worse fiber service providers!!

We logged an internet fiber fault on the 6th December 2019 with MWEB our service provider. We are still waiting for a technician to be assigned to us. MWEB's technical assistance on the phone stays the same, they have escalated the fault, Telkom will send us an SMS but nothing happens. Our neighbor's fault that was reported a day after us has been sorted out and his fiber service provider is Telkom. MWEB says that the fault CAN be repaired between 7 - 10 working days. No guarantee that it will be corrected after the 10th day!! in the mean time we cannot operate our business and the technicians at MWEB get irritated by me phoning day by day. If you have to choose a service provider for Fiber do not even think of using MWEB.
