Mweb the useless provider
I will be canceling with you guys! I am tired of holding on the line for you F ups my account is paid and up to date yet my services get suspended! I call your call center and I'm caller number 12 yet I waited 1 hour 10 min to get to caller number 4 which took another 30 minutes. Your chat does not work, I would be lucky if I speak to someone in two days. Mweb who is going to reimburse me for my minutes and who is going to reimburse me for not doing my meetings to overseas clients due to not having internet - mweb sure as hell won't!!! I'm fed up with you guys now
