Chose a month-to-month 20mbps download speed package and from day one exactly at 14:00 my internet was throttled to below 1mbps. I called customer service and after 3-4 calls and waiting for 30min per call for an answer the send a technician to my house, who messes up my whole internet setup and disappears without saying anything...
