Mweb - the new king of pond ****

Nothing more than pond ****. My parents have cancelled their subscription to Mweb. They were offered a testing router to see if there's a problem with their own router. They were promised the router was just for a few days, for free. They were charged for the router. They tried to reverse the charge. They would phone the billing department, this would get removed and a day later would be charged again. Multiple calls to billing department and nothing, no-one could be bothered. And now, my pensioner parents are handed over to a collection agency and harassed regularly.

Mweb is staffed by *********** careless clowns. Will be taking this up with the ombudsman. I can only wish MWeb speedy bankruptcy with this kind of staff.
