MWeb the most unreliable service provider

I am really now out of my wits with this shambolic company. Firstly tried for 4 months to cancel my contract without any luck, constantly being told that my cancellation was never "effected" eventually got a cancellation confirmation with reference Ticket reference number - MWB***5. YET today the 10th of January, I am told by both my prospective new service provider and Vumatel (the infrastructure management company) that MWeb still has my line.

Please do yourselves a favour and never get into this abusive relationship with this company.
