Mweb the most *********** company

Mweb is the worst service provider ever!!! My installment bounced on the 20th September 2025 so I made this payment via EFT into their Nedbank account (selected immediate payment and it came with additional charges). Mweb then tells me that I cannot make EFT payments only payments via their link, so I explain to the numerous consultants that I'm on maternity leave and all payments are being made by my spouse and the links keeps on debiting my account even though I've updated it to his. Mweb then tells me that there is no alternative way of making a payment besides the links and they will need to process a refund. All I wanted was my wifi to be connected but they made a simple process seem so damn complex. Now I'm sitting here with no wifi waiting on a 3 - 5 day refund after I've been stressing about getting the funds to them immediately.
