Mweb / The ***est ISP on the damn planet !!!!

I didn't even want to give this company 1 star that is how ****ed off I am right now and that is the service we get from Mweb unfortunately. I did a pre order with Mweb about 2 months ago then our area goes live 3 weeks ago and i get notified from Vuma that Mweb is not live in our area so i need to go with a different ISP. I managed to get a different ISP but now i need to cancel a order with MWEB. R500 airtime spent in one day already trying to cancel this order and i still didn't get my cancellation letter to date. Its been more than 24 hours basically 120 hours and still nothing. I get put through from one department to the next. Your people are sleeping over the damn phone. MWEB give me my cancellation !!!!!!!! i cannot pay you guys you are not live in my area *** !!!!!! I have probably called this company more than 10 times in one damn day been put on hold for more than an hour. You do know that you are wasting our airtime and time as well. I literally have to buy R500 airtime a day to get hold of someone in this company. This is a blady mickey mouse company that should never have existed.

Please contact me on *** to send me the proof of cancellation or i will go on facebook, twitter, Instagram and all the other social media platforms and make this known and I've got all my reference numbers, the names of all the consultants that couldn't assist me and my airtime bills with the call logs !!!!! I have had it with this *** company !!!
