Mweb the ***est by far!!!

You have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have a option on their website to buy a "booster" once you hit your gap. The irony is you cannot use this because the statistics are always outdated. Somehow they know when you reach the gap so to cut your connection but technically not capable of pushing through that information to their front end website. This means every time you run out of cap , you need to spend R50 phoning in and asking for a booster. Worst service ever!!! Needless to say account canceled!
