Mweb, the go-to-place for hackers....a nightmare for customers.

It's been 7 days...since my account was "compromised". It remained active for another 3 days....then account was blocked....leaving my office without internet (including mail) for 5 days now. I'm in Ethiopia (short project)...and Mweb don't want to assist me to clear up the mess. Phone calls + interaction with several people + followed their suggestions + security was checked more than once...and now they want bank account proof...after 16 years being a client and receiving my money every month. They now refuse to respond to any mails (from a new account I had to set up as emergency measure...as mine is in use by the hacker). *** is going on in the offices of Mweb? Looking at the reviews, they should rather go farming.
