MWEB Terrible Services 😢

We have been loyal customers of Mweb for almost 3 yrs and my family since the days of Polka etc. We have been trying to communicate or get in communication with their move department to arrange our new possible contract also transfer etc. We have been waiting for 2 weeks now No responses when you phone the number provided no one can assist you one is just being transfered from one consultant to another. Very Very bad service
