MWeb terrible service, unhelpful

I signed up for a Mweb fibre installation on two months ago and still nothing. BEWARE, MWEB is impossible to get hold of. Their help is a ****, they simply put you on hold. There are no email details and their Web help line is inadequate. I want to cancel but there are no options to do so. MWEB is bad new and bad service. Its infuriating.
