Mweb terrible service - STAY AWAY

Been trying to get my internet activated for a week now. Hold over 40mins when you phone in then when someone eventually answers the phone you get transffered again and again untill you eventually drop the call due to frustration.

It a week now still no internet, no modem, no-one getting back to me to explqin whats going on but i get emails that my account will be debited. The account they want to debit is also much more than the price advertised!!!

If this is how it starts with mweb i dont want to know how the service will be going forward.

Very shocking that they dont even care about new customers and giving them cistomer service.
