MWEB - terrible service in correcting email fault

My e-mail stopped working over the weekend, tried all the methods to get it working again, nothing worked. I phoned customer support today, they lodged a ticket and said it could take three days to sort out. How can it take three days to sort out an active e-mail account, this is not service.
