Mweb TERRIBLE service!

Complaint about the terrible service from mweb. I am a new client, had to follow up more than several times and still no proper service. How do they expect you to set up your router yourself, providing you with "incorrect usernames" abd then also expect yoy to phone theur call centre, holding the line until whenever they are not too busy to assist you! Not even telkom is this bad! Still struggling....
