MWEB Terrible Service

I have a Fibre Internet account with MWEB and my fibre internet has been down for more than a week. I logged a query more than a week ago. Upto date nothing has been done and i still dont have connectivity. I have communicated with some MWEB agents but they seem not to know how to resolve the problem. Most of the time when i call the MWEB call centre the phone does not get answered.
