Mweb - terrible service

Mweb has the worst service that I have ever experienced. I have been trying to contact them for 2 days, the call center line keeps cutting off, they do not respond to social media requests, they do not respond to emails. I have been waiting more than a month for my account upgrade, they promised this will be done within 48 hours and it has been 6 days now.
