MWEB terrible service

My email has been cancelled again. I don't know why because I did not request cancellation of my email address. Mweb took it upon themselves to cancell without any notification an email that I have had with them for more than 10 years. When you call them they put you on hold for hours. When you finally get through to someone they transfer you from one department to the next. And then you get cut off. All I want is for everything to be put back the way it was before Mweb messed it up. I was on the phone for more than 2 hours and was transferred from one department to the next and my issue is still not sorted. This is so costly and not fair. I have never ever had such terrible service ever. It's pathetic. They don't even deserve 1 star.
