MWEB TERRIBLE SERVICE

we moved our adsl line to fibre. we opted to change over to voip. the next day i sent an email to cancel the voip. one month later the voip was done and the number ported even though it was cancelled a month prior. to date we do not have a telephone line and i have ELDERLY people that require a land line.. mweb refuse to assist and reinstate our line. this is going back and forth for a over a month now. when you do call you are put on hold and thereafter the line cuts. this is the worst service ever. i want to cancel everything with mweb and want a refund as they are charging me for voip when i dont even have a voip device. the email address is from the internet. they have nothing on their website.
