MWEB terrible service

Mweb as as supplier is disappointing Ihave not had no fiber because Metro fiber down, I called Mweb to find out what the issues was they told me i must wait for Metro fiber turn around time which will be Wednesday. As Client I said have spent R3000 over 4 days and none of technicias were not willing to help . As client i eneded up resolving the matter with Metro fiber myself. MWeb continues lie. with no resolution.
