MWEB - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I app**** for fiber to be installed in my apartment, after a month of calls and emails up and down I get a notification that my fiber is installed and now active and they will start billing me.... I never got any installation... I still don't have fiber... and I am now getting threatening SMS's that I am in arrears and must pay immediately to avoid getting backlisted.... Really? What on earth must I pay for? My imaginary fiber? I had to resort to getting LTE from a different service provider after going more than a month without connection. MWEB....WAKE UP AND FIX YOUR SERVICES. STOP BILLING PEOPLE FOR NO SERVICE. I DONT HAVE FIBRE!
