MWEB TERRIBLE SERVICE

I’ve been waiting over a month to get our fibre installed, to this day nothing. I have contacted then the machine said to leave my number and a consultant will contact me, that was 2 weeks ago yet again nothing. When I called to sign up everything was approved it 30 minutes they told me it would be 7-14 working days once again I’m standing on over a month absolutely pathetic!!!
