MWEB - TERRIBLE SERVICE

So we have MWEB Fibre for two months now and we still cannot connect all our devices. Only my son's TV can connect. We have made numerous calls to them and they tried to fix it over the phone (a joke). They replaced the router but nothing worked, it remained the same and for the past month they have promised to come to our home to reconfigure (whatever that means). We also waiting for the last month for them to come and fetch the unused router (but nothing). But the money goes off every month without fail but we are not getting the service. RIDICULOUS!!!! COME HOME TO MWEB - COME HOME TO FIBRE - WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! ***
