MWeb Terrible Service

I run a Guest House. Internet down for two weeks! Terrible service from MWeb...NEVER use them...dont answer phones and cut you off... Called multiple times - kept holding on for 30 - 45 mins. Then cut off after answering and don't call back after requesting a call back. horrible bot that keeps asking you to enter your details and keeps repeating the same question even after accepting entry...I complained about this 12 months ago and still the same...clearly Absolutly NO customer service Vumatel just came out and reported the fault on MWebs side...said I must report to MWeb..guess what. We held on for 20 minutes and ....were cut off!!
