Mweb - terrible internet connection

I have had so many issues with my MWeb connection through Vumatel during the evenings that I can't use a 1Gbps fibre link to even do online gaming! This is ongoing for more than a month now. The amount of packet loss is up to 40% making gaming impossible. I have logged numerous calls but still no joy! I find it unacceptable that Mweb can take my money each month and not provide a stable service!
