Mweb-terrible experience

I signed up with mweb a month ago and I've been having connectivity issues for the past 1 week .I've logged 2 queries on the app and its been 4 days since they haven't gotten back to me .When I call i hold for over 20 minutes .Their service is poor and customer service is even worse .I'm definitely cancelling my contract.
