Mweb terrible experience

I have never had such a terrible experience from an internet provider. i signed up to mweb when i moved to a new location. this was in September and I was told it will be sorted, the internet worked for a few days then went off before the 18th of September. till today i do not have internet at my house, i tried calling them everyday and i was told different reasons, they said because i moved from another unit to the unit am in now which is not true because i just moved to that complex and i never had a mweb account before. there prev tenant who was staying there was using mweb and he even advised not to take it but because i thought it will be an easier process since their fiber is already installed and the agent confirmed that. when i called to take it he said they need to verify if the prev tenant owes any fees 1st and they came back and said no its all sorted. over 4 weeks now without internet and they do not even care, they keep taking my money from my acc. I have tried being patient but over 4 weeks is pushing it
