Mweb Terrible Customer Service

I have have had the worst customer service thus far from MWeb and I signed up with them thinking they are better. All I want to do is make a payment plan so my service can stay on because I work from home but I cant even get through to one single person to get that done. I waited for hours in the call queue and I tried whatsapp which took me years to get through to someone as well but still no one is assisting. Please help me make a payment plan so my service can stay on.
