Mweb terrible customer service

Worst customer service I ever experienced I spent a collective 76 mins on the phone and I am still nowhere close to moving my contract over to my new house. I am battling to change my account log in details to log my request so I have to speak to a consultant. I work from home and need my connection set up.

Maybe I should move over to a service provider that isn’t too stingy to hire enough staff to answer the phones, or at least has WhatsApp support.
