Mweb - Terrible

A month ago Mweb arranged for a fibre router to be installed at my house. It has never worked. I phone on a regular basis to follow it up only to be told they will escalate it to SADV and someone will be in touch. No one ever has. Yesterday I was told by a consultant that this has been way to long but yet nothing is done. I am given a different reason every time on why its not working. Mweb, poor service. Very frustrating to have to phone all the time and hold on forever. I am at a loss on what to do.
