Mweb / Telkom **** service

Extrememly terrible service. No internet or phone services from 14 February 2019. Called Telkom yesterday and still nothing resolved or no communication received. I want to be re-imbursed for the days i paid internet and phone services but never received any, which is from the 14th till currently. I want you to communicate this re-imbur*****t to me on ********** and also to reflect on my monthly statements that shows my payments for the **** service i receive.
