Mweb Tehncial Support employee : Shelvin

After experiencing Internet connection and reaction time issues, I telephonically contacted the Mweb Technical Support team. I must mention that the time in the queue unfortunately was extremely long (both times were 30 minutes plus). Regardless, kudos to Shelvin who assisted me... He was patient, knowledgeable, so polite and extremely helpful. He had to spend some time on the phone with me - but never became impatient! Shelvin, you are an absolute asset to Mweb.
