MWEB Technical Team is useless

WMEB has been very useless for me lately. They fialed to keep me connected and they are not able to answer me when I asked when my connection will be restored. They keep on telling me about Vumatel. I pay MWEB not Vumatel. They read the same feedback everytime you call them.
