Mweb Technical Support not as good as other isp's!

I use an international streaming service that until recently worked perfectly fine for 4 years. In the last 2 weeks, they & I have tested that the latency or jitter of the international server internet connection & it is way too high and as a result I have constant buffering & cannot stream anymore! They advise that my local isp resolve the problem. I have spoken to three different call centre agents at Mweb, all of whom tell me that Mweb cannot fix this & that only the international streaming service can. To clarify this, I spoke with an Afrihost agent who, while I was on the phone, kindly checked the connection himself to confirm that there is indeed a problem & that if I were an Afrihost Client, they would intervene to resolve. Why can Afrihost do this but not Mweb? Firstly, because Mweb call centre staff are not as well trained and secondly, it appears that the culture at Mweb is one of indifference concerning their Clients. Because it's such a pain to move isp's I'm giving Mweb one last chance. Failure to attend to this & I'm gone! Not a threat 'cos I'm quite sure it's neither here nor there to them!
