MWeb technical support is unacceptable

Terrible support. My email stopped working, I logged a fault, and sent reminders for the next 3 days, with no response. I then phoned the support line and after 10 minutes on hold, finally got support. It should be possible to fix this sort of thing via the website. I asked the support person why I got no response for 3 days and she said she doesn't work in that department.
