Mweb technical support is shocking

I have been holding on for technical support for almost 40 minutes. They keep saying "if you wait a little longer" . They also keep saying "Our phones are ringing off the hook" - this is because there are so many people with soany issue. Granted there has apparently been issues with under sea cables to South Africa; but mweb is giving no feedback on this issue. While other ISP have made a plan, mweb has not been sorted out, and more importantly no feedback and also now over 40 minutes waiting for them to take my call. Totally unacceptable
