Mweb technical support is a disaster.

What a waste of time. I have been a Mweb customer for over 25 years, this is the first time they have suspended my mailbox because I did not pay my account on time. I made a payment on the 10th December, which I might add is already reflecting on my account. I am still not able to access my mailbox. This afternoon I was on a call with their support for over an hour and nothing positive happened. I was told to try again this evening. Still no joy. I have been waiting for over an hour to speak to technical support and finally gave up as they close at 20H00. All this hassle for under a R100. Our economy is in dire straits. Mweb, you need to back up your support, it is a total disgrace.
