Mweb technical support getting worse

I gave Mweb a one star rating a year or so ago and I found now that I required their assistance in fixing their email product that their service has gotten worse since then. I spent 30 minutes without being assisted on their call centre (being next in the queue the whole time) and their online chat service before I realised I was wasting my time. Avoid them at all cost. As soon it is possible to port email addresses Il kick them into touch.
