MWEB technical support difficult to access
I work from home and I have a problem with my internet connection. ISP is MWEB. I cannot get hold of them by phone or via queries on their online site. I am desperate

16 Feb 2023, 14:01I am going to cancel my subscription with MWEB. The technical service is impossible to access through any direct number. I tried again today and I was put through via sales. There are 36 people ahead of me.
