MWEB Technical support cannot incapable

I have been a long standing customer of Mweb. since dial up. Over the past week Mweb has unilaterally removed my mailbox. which has been reported and I have absolutely no feedback from them over the past 3 days. My fault number is MWB***0 Calling them is a nightmare as you need to go through 5 minutes of prompts and if you're lucky you speak to a person, If you get cut off they don't call you back. When they switch you to another department where you have to go through all the security checks again, they work in silos and nobody overall takes responsibility for your issue.
