MWEB Technical Services RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!

Technical service team are the rudest people alive. Have no professionalism when speaking to customers on the phone and should be sent away to courses on how to speak to MWEB customers.

I've dealt with the sales and customer services team and they are professional...........sadly, the same cannot be said about the technical guys. Just plain RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!
