MWEB technical division

Technical division after admitting that my ADSL line is running at around 1Meg and needs to be reset as I am paying for a 4Meg line, refused to do so as my Father was not available to speak to him. How ridiculous!!!!!!!! Just do your job and reset it. I'm tired of watching circles going around and around on my screen.
