Mweb technical department - POOR SERVICE

Mweb technical has terrible terrible service. The online platforms offers you the service to send message to explain what technical assistance you need but no one comes back to you! I have sent 3 message for my current query but had no joy. On previous queries I just gave up and held on for 30 odd minutes at the help desk contact number. I have a new domain and would like to publish my website, which should be simple but its not! I have been paying for the use of this facility for a few months already but unable to get my website active! WHY?
