Mweb tech support sucks

I'm without internet for the past 2 days! Have been trying consistently to get hold of Mweb tech support since yesterday. Their queues are so long to wait on the phone. I called again 10.30am today and at queue no. 51. I call back 30 mins later and now at queue no. 49. That means for 30mins they only dealt with 2 cases! Unacceptable! They seriously need to employ more staff to handle tech support. How long do I have to wait to get tech support?! In the mean time I have no internet! Bad customer service.
