MWEB Tech no clue

I was a happy MWEB customer until last year. First they changed the conditions of my new fiber contract just when it was installed. Yesterday our internet was going on and off all day. We called in at 4hoo and the technitian told us there was nothing wrong on their side it must be the router they supp**** as the routers give problems. I went and buy another router and tried to install it. When I wanted to call Mweb again their phoneline was in a loop and kept repeating the mesage but refuse to connect. With great difficulty we learned that metro Fiber that host the fiber had a outage. I am not happy spending money unessesarily. This new management is a big problem.
