MWEB Talk is a complete nightmare

I am using MWEB talk to make calls on my PC, while the cellphone calls are more affordable than normal Cellphone rates, I am having a problem where I make a call to a cell phone, landline, or even my very own cellphone, the call connects and the other person receives the call, answers and everything, but I cannot hear anything on my side. This happens 80% of the time and if thats not frustrating enough, I get billed for those calls too, going up to about R 100 per month!! And I have 3 VOIP accounts with them, so make that a good R 300... <br> <br> I already spoke to your useless Technical support department, who said I must download the program from their website, which I did in the first place!! Same problem... I am sick and tired of struggling on my own, and I am not calling in again to hold on for 2 hours and then the MWEB Talk program drops the call anyway...
