Mweb talk a big and deliver so little.

A simple installation has taken over 6 weeks to install despite their confident 2 week turn around time. One installation team left for 2 weeks looking for a ladder, another team shows up unannounced (not even my family does that) and still doesn't complete the job.

The "Self help" call agents' response easily takes a week if you are lucky.

I regret engaging Mweb as a fibre service provider. To anyone in reach of this message thinking of making my mistake...Don't !
