Monday 25.02'19, early morning I spoke tel to MWEB consultant Lungisa Adonis about their contracts He informed me that I had to pay an Insurance fee of R800, but will get it back after 6 months of full payments.

On Th 28.02'19 Lungisa would've emailed me documents, none. Monday 04.03'19 I phoned again and a lady assisted me and forward Lungisa an email. Tu 05.03'19 Lungisa phoned me, emailed me documents. I immediately eft the R800 to the bank acc details on the email Lungisa send me, he rep**** that he received proof (Ref. Assist ********** 4) and will start the order. Th 07 & Fr 08.03'19, I send numerous emails to Lungisa about my order, no replies Mo 11.03'19 I emailed again, late afternoon Lungisa phoned me and said that my order can't go through, suddenly ?? I requested immediate my R800 ( Ref. Assist ********** 4) back into my acc and again numerous emails to Lungisa, where off he answered that he'll find out, nothing so far, Th 14.03'19

From I lodge a complain on MWEB FB Chat, where I've been informed they don't pick up my acc

Assist ********** 4 This is my ref, I was informed to pay R800 before order goes through, I did so, after emails enquiring about my order, now suddenly I don't qualify, if I don't have money back into my back acc before 12h today, I'm lodging a complain by Saps for theft, forward it to the Ombudsman and place it all over social media, reply to me by my email adress ********** Yesterday at 5:31 AM

Patricia I spoke to Lungisa from yesterday morning already, this can't take so long, unexceptable, if I don't have proof of refund before 16h today, the media will be informed about MWEB and I don't think Head Management will be satisfied about their name in media
