Mweb taking money from my account after immediate cancellation with them.

I don't like going through these extreme measures when i am no happy about a service. I can only hope to be contacted by Mweb. End of April we wanted to find out more about an account with you, after registering on your website and creating an account to choose a package we were informed to not make use of Mweb as a service provider as their service is not the best. The same day of registering an account we cancelled it. Still monies were taken from my bank account end of May and up now no one has been able to assist with the refund. The amount of money i have had to use to phone and reach out to no avail is equivalent already to the amount taken from me. This is not cool guys. Please can someone call me and sort this out. I will go ****her than HelloPeter if this is not sorted. I will carry through this promise! Thanks
