Mweb takes money out of your account and not returning it.

I have phoned them so many times and all the time I get cut off or I get switched to a different operator, I have returned the router they have lend me and they still take my money out of my account, phoned them and finally someone can help, they put me on hold to check my account and to revert the money back to my account and BOOM cut off once again. its like they wont to ***** the money.
